Those signed up for preconference training/workshops may pick up their packets at the Salt Palace beginning Sunday, May 6, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. or the morning of your training/seminar at 7:30 a.m. in the Salt Palace South Lobby. Conference check-in and registration will be at the Salt Palace in the South Lobby on Tuesday, May 8, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. during the Welcome Reception and on Wednesday, May 9, beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Yes. Because the Salt Palace is a public facility, there is foot traffic from the streets. Security will be stationed at the entrance points to the Where: Cityworks Conference, socials, and meals. Only those with Where: Cityworks Conference badges will be allowed in.
Yes. If you have a balance due at the time of the conference, you will need to pay at the on-site Registration Desk. The Registration Desk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash.
Cityworks customers with accounts in good standing can be invoiced for the conference. At the time of registration, please choose the Invoice or Check option.
Cancellations for conference fees received prior to May 1, 2018 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2018. Substitutions may be made at any time. Contact us directly if you wish to arrange a cancellation/substitution. Azteca Systems reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Azteca Systems cancels the event, registration fees will be refunded.
Registrations and payment for preconference training must be received no later than April 1, 2018 to hold your reservation. Cancellations for training fees received prior to April 1, 2018 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after April 1, 2018, will receive training credit to be used by your organization within one year of cancellation. Substitutions may be made up through Friday, May 4, 2018, based on availability. PLEASE NOTE – course changes will NOT be allowed onsite. Contact us directly if you wish to arrange a cancellation/substitution.
The Plenary Session starts on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at 8:30 a.m. Cityworks president, Brian Haslam, will host this event.

Can I use my Cityworks complimentary registration to attend a preconference training or workshop course?
Complimentary registration is only good for Where: Cityworks Conference held Monday-Friday and does not include preconference training or workshops.
No. You must be registered for Where: Cityworks Conference to attend preconference training or workshops.
One additional complimentary registration per organization may be available for Cityworks users who present, but acceptance as a presenter does not automatically register you for the event. You will need to register using the complimentary code provided.
The schedule will be set and available by April 2018. The Where: Cityworks Conference mobile app will also be available and will include a planning calendar to plan your schedule.
The Salt Palace Convention Center offers two convenient, fully-staffed underground parking garages. The first is a 600-stall garage located at 185 West 200 South. The second is a 400-stall garage located at 50 South 300 West. Cost is $12.00 per day (subject to change). Other parking venues are available.
No. Parking fees can be found on the respective hotel websites.
The Where: Cityworks Conference information desk in the Salt Palace Convention Center South Lobby will have a locked room available to check luggage if needed.
